Zero to 3 Miles - A run/walk group for beginners

Starts at 7pm, Monday 18th March, Dracaena Centre, Falmouth. 

Due to the continuing success of the Zero to 3 Miles groups, we are again organising another programme starting on 18th March, for 8 weeks. The sessions consist of jog/walk intervals which are suitable for complete beginners. 

Each week, the jog intervals increase slightly so by the end of the 8 weeks you will be well equipped to undertake the 3-mile challenge!

Moreover, the course is the perfect way to train for the Falmouth Race For Life on 12 May.

This course (a bargain at only £15 for the whole 8 weeks) is a no-pressure introduction to recreational running, and is great for boosting self-esteem, making new like-minded friends and even losing a bit of weight in time for summer! 

The programme is part of the RunEngland initiative to get more people into running.
